Kiprunning Sports Massage

My name is Kiplimo chemirmir and I am the creator of Kenthaichi massage technique, I’m a first great grandchild to paramount Chief Joel Chemirmir, I’m a former professional runner from Kenya and a last generation Orkoiyot warrior of the Kalenjin tribe. I am currently practicing in Austin, TX where I see individuals that experience chronic pain, all types of athletics injuries and competitive athletes from around the world. Merging my unique approach of manual therapy, Kenyan warrior’s intensity and soft massage, Chinese medicine, gymnastics and martial arts techniques, and corrective exercise from Thailand traditional chiropractor. I’ve developed an effective and safe treatment plan for every individual client. I learned this technique from Kenya, Thailand, China and Egypt, and continue to improve it for my clients.

the runimalKenthaichi is a rare Sports Massage used by world-class athletes, it’s a unique combination of flexibility, endurance exercises and massage. Theres a taste of Physical therapy, Yoga stretches and Thai and American Chiropractic techniques; This therapy is aimed to reduce the amount of muscle contractions and thereby allowing them to relax not just for days but for months.

Kenthaichi includes a type of massage that is a treasured secret of Kenyan athlete success in running. By gliding gently and deeper into the layers of all muscles and connective tissues. As an élite runner I found out an athlete finds enhancement function, stamina, astonishing flexibility, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being in and off training.

This goal is achieved through deep and gentle massage and stretching all muscles in the athlete body. I’ve had great success in reducing the amount pain at its threshold from strains, back and neck tightness, twisted ankle and also the amount of waste products such as lactic and carbonic acid, generated by strenuous physical activity.

Massage is the most transformational and among the oldest of the healing arts. References to massage and its values go back to the beginnings of recorded history.

Among the most widely recognized benefits of massage are:

As usual after a deep massage soreness may follow but when the soreness is long gone, you will experience a confident warrior in you.
It doesn’t just give you hope of improving but assurance of improvement.
Mentally and physically soothing.
Improved sleep.
Increased energy and confidence.
Greater flexibility
Reduces waste products allowing the body to recover faster from physical excerption
Prevents injury by helping muscles relax and improves blood circulation.
